Via for Schools is a web portal for schools to access and manage their district and their school funds.   Via was designed to accommodate a diversity of accounting expertise within the schools, while at the same time providing internal controls required for the district audit.  Via modules include:

  • Catalogues include pictures of items
  • Electronic routing of orders for Principal approval
  • Principal-approved orders are forwarded to Purchasing department to complete the workflow
  • Web tenders for supplier bid entry
